Brandon did a thorough review of my system, finding issues that plumbers from a competitor companies, an energy audit professional, and the house inspector had missed. He addressed the issue and had a strong follow up plan. Troy heard my concerns about placement of a whole house dehumidifier and made changes that I’m very happy with. Dan and Kevin navigated a very challenging ERV install where they were able to innovative in duct placement to make it fit my home while still giving me the access I need. Thank you! I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and the experience was exceptional! Kevin went above and beyond, ensuring everything was installed perfectly and running flawlessly. Joe was great about letting me know whenever they needed to turn off the power, and Dan thoroughly explained the warranty details and clearly outlined who to contact for future service or questions. Connor, provided us a very competitive quote. When the gas furnace part wasn't going to arrive in a timely manner, he was able to find a backup and expedite an installation for us. Connor kept us in the loop during the whole time, responded promptly via text. The service technician, Elijah, was very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC services!

The company has good response time, were polite, and here quick but unfortunately did not fix our issue. They replaced 2 parts for us and we ended up having a second opinion from another HVAC tech that successfully fixed and diagnosed our old system. I think if your system is newer and you require prompt service they'd be okay but for more complex issues, results may vary. We had a series of visits from the start of October each with their own costs as a new part was recommended each time. This means that the cost of part and service started adding up and our issue ended up being a wiring issue rather than a third part replacement which we declined. If you go through the company, document all things the technician says along with any parts you own and parts they supply. We would can not in good faith recommend, as service was not rendered to completion or had satisfactory results.

Shanahan responded quickly to my request, and the technician came at the hours available to me that day. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and had my gas fireplace clean and running quickly. He was friendly and explained everything to me well. The price was reasonable. Excellent service!

They were great! Very responsive and quick to come out. Elijah was our technician and he walked me through what he was doing with the unit. He talked through some of the steps he was doing and what would typically cause the problems we were having. He ran step by step testing and found the issues and was able to fix and resolve them right there. He also gave good tips on normal maintenance we could/should do on a regular basis ourselves! He fixed our condensate waste pipe, got our heater functioning again, and fixed a floor vent piping that had broken. Great customer service, knowledge, and execution. Highly recommend!

We used Shanahans to install our new HVAC and were very impressed with their work. Brandon has been really great with a follow up visit for replacing some duct work and maintaining our system. Great company to work with and now they are full service contractors!
