This team really came to the rescue! We had a burst in our main service line, that we didnt realize till the bill came sadly. I messaged them in the evening, and heard back first thing the next morning. After reviewing the problem they gave me a quote, worked with me on the financing, and came out very quickly after. They got all the work done quickly and efficiently. All the staff were super kind and understanding. Any time i called, and every step of the way, whenever I had any questions or concerns they always took the time to help me and explain everything. If you have any work that needs doing, and you feel overwhelmed and worried, definitely go to the Tiger team and they'll have your back every step of the way! Also tiger offers this great annual service to check furnaces, ac units and water heaters. just had mine serviced today by a gentleman called Aaron Easley. He did a great job was quick and efficient, and gave me a sinple breakdown of everything. love these guys!

We needed to have a toilet replaced in our home in a rather urgent timeframe to enter your health and safety of an elderly individual. Tiger was able to schedule an appointment and have a technician on site the very next morning the installation process was seamless. they explained all their terms and conditions Upfront. Their technician was absolutely fabulous, friendly, and professional, and I would recommend him to do Service in anyone’s home. I will certainly make a request for him for all upcoming plumbing needs from tiger in our home.

Kevin is great and super knowledgeable! However, management and customer service is way less than satisfactory, and this is my second run in with them. I thought after the first time may it was just a bad day on my part of theirs, but I am seeing that this is not the case. The management was hateful. Joseph in scheduling is problematic. Tiger is about the money first, customer care and quality second.

Joe R. was great! He looked at the repair, we discussed possible issues and then gave me an estimate. Fortunately there were no unforeseen problems so the final price equaled the estimate he provided. Joe was very courteous and worked quickly to fix our leak. At much to my local communities dismay we called tiger to take a look at our AC unit. It was tripping the breaker and we couldn’t figure out way. These men, Mark especially, stopped at nothing all week to diagnose my issue and take care of me. A total of 4 techs ended up coming out over the course of the week, each one of them was polite and driven. They were incredibly kind and helpful and took great care of us. They successfully diagnosed the problem and were more than fair in their pricing and helpful with any financing advice I needed. They earned my business for many years to come. Thanks Tiger. You really did earn your stripes at my place. What started out as a complicated problem turned into an easy fix because they worked extra hard to take care of us. I’m forever grateful. Called Tiger for an outdoor faucet leak. They got me in within the day and the technician, Ty was great! Friendly, quick and efficient. Had to get in my small crawl space with no complaints. Did a full house walk through with me and checked all my water and gas fixtures to make sure we were all good! Getting the work done in a few days. Updated review to come but so far very pleased with customer service.
