Marshall's has an excellent team assembled and I received first rate customer service when I recently hired them to replace my thermostat and perform repairs on my HVAC unit. Eden and Katie were both courteous and helpful with getting my repairs noted and scheduled. My conversation and experience with Kevin to ensure that the proper repairs were completed showed me the quality of leadership at Marshall's and made me feel confident that I had made the right service choice. And Donovan provided excellent service when performing the repairs. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, arrived on time and worked efficiently. I recommend this local business and their team.

Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.

Danny was prompt amd very sincere, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me about my remote, how it worked, the best placement and what may have caused it to malfunction. He took the tine to do the maintenance thar was scheduled for Nov 12th as well, saving me time and money, which is so appreciated these days. He was efficient amd very nice. He's welcome back in my home as I trust him expressly. Thank yoy Marshall for hiring qualified and kind staff and thank yoy Famny fir being understanding and kind and going the extra mile!

Marshall's team of 2 arrived to diagnose inoperative gas fireplace and to perform annual service on gas furnace for new homeowner. Crew was efficient and diligent; described their approach and findings in terms I understood. Great service call. I highly recommend.

We have radiant floor heat. Marshall’s is one of the very few companies in our area that employ people who know how to service our system. They always know where to start and what to do. Excellent quality service. Have I become my grandparents? I understand the house call charge. These guys know what they’re doing. But over $400 just for the thermostat itself? Really?

I recently contacted Marshall’s Specialty Services to get an estimate for a complete water heater replacement at my grandparents’ home, as their current unit has failed. When I first called, I was informed that they only have one person who handles bids, so I needed to wait until that person was available to speak with them directly. Once I was finally able to connect, I learned that the soonest they could schedule someone to come out just for the estimate was between a week and a half to two weeks. After that, the actual installation would need to be scheduled for an additional, later date. While I would have loved to give them the business, as I prefer supporting local companies, this timeline simply isn’t practical when dealing with an elderly household that currently has no hot water. It’s understandable that companies get booked out, but it was disappointing that the response time for something as essential as hot water replacement was so far out.

Delighted with Marshall’s service this week! Patrick and Richard went above and beyond to help us identify a problem that turned out to not be connected to our HVAC. They were a great team of professionals who communicated extremely well and even seemed to like and respect each other under any circumstances!! We’ve done business with Marshall’s for many years and plan to do so for many more years to come.
