Came by for an online order I made. Figured id check our the cards didnt see what I was looking for when I spoke with Dave. Nice gentleman walked me over an found the product i wanted. Him an guy named Matt who was from another store helping out checked me out. Really good customer service!

Came to purchase 7 day trial of Mint Mobile (physical SIM card) and Mint compatible phone. They had everything I needed and the activation process went quickly. One of the two employees who assisted me was knowledgeable. The other must have been newly hired. Otherwise, good experience.

One guy help me out looking for a kindle case. Great service. As I browsed around I went to the phones because I need a new one. The African American Gentlemen wearing an At&t shirt. Come up to me an is trying to make me sign up for a Samsung phone that's 1000.00 bucks. Like I just wanna look at this phone that cost 129.99. told him 4 times no. An wouldn't leave me alone an even asked for my ID. I just walked out an didn't buy anything. Don't force customer to buy items they don't want or need young buck. That's how you lose business. Even told the guy I work in retail sales. An he still wouldn't stop. Just an overall bad experience in the phone department. I will not be returning.

Best Buy has a wide array of kitchen appliances. When needed help, they came promptly. The store is clean & orderly.

We purchased a $1200 TV from Best Buy 11 months ago paid $200 for the five year warranty TV went out other day called them. They said the manufacture warranty is still in effect. Can’t do anything call manufacture they say they can’t do anything call back to Best Buy they won’t honor the warranty saying it’s still under manufacture warranty. Don’t ever go to Best Buy again. PS neither manufacturer or Best Buy would even look at it.

I bought a new TV today. The salesman was really helpful. His name is Dallas, and he checked to make sure what I wanted was available. Then after the purchase, he carried it out and put it in the car for us. Such service!

My laptop died and everything from the last five years of my professional life was on it. I went to the West Mifflin / Pleasant Hills store on a Friday morning and had the good luck of getting Jackson as my salesperson. He was amazing. He understood how fearful I was of losing my files and data and he was patient with my questions and concerns. I left with the understanding it could take a few days to transfer my old laptop to the new one and I might not hear from them until Monday. They called the next day - about 24 hours after I left the store! When I went to get it I had another excellent interaction with Bella. She was very helpful with the questions I had about the laptop and gave me and my husband a great recommendation on an antenna for our TV. I'm very pleased with these two individuals and I'm glad Bella is part of the Geek Squad; I'll feel good if I have tech issues knowing she's there.
