I also signed up for their maintenance plan, and I’m confident my system is in good hands. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable A/C service!

We have been receiving services from Enterprise Air conditioning since about 2020. We are extremely satisfied with their professional services and customer services. They fix the problem and explain to us what it is and what they did to fix it. We plan to continue to use their service for as long as we have our units.

Had this company come out to my home to service my unit and frankly I regret it. My unit was serviced on a Saturday. By Monday afternoon my condenser was no longer working. I've spent the last 2 days in the heat. All day Tuesday calling (Mary Ann never returned one phone call) to figure out a solution. I was never given a definitive option for when the installation could be made or how much it would cost. Very bad experience all around. I cannot recommend this company. *edit* Finally got my first and only call back from Mary Ann after she was "notified by her IT guy that she had received a review". She then told me she "had not read the review", but then accused me of being dishonest in what I wrote here and other things that I won't mention because I'd like to move on from this. This is not how a business should operate or treat customers. I realize it's busy and things happen. However effective communication can go a long way in making things go smoothly.

This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.. If I could give a 0 star I would.. they never came and finished the job only half of the house had a/c we waited for over a month for them to come and finished it but they never came we called many times and every time they said that the guy that do the job was sick that they would call back and never did.. spoke to the owner but she always said the same thing as the receptionist... besides this company being more expensive than many others they lack professionalism and job ethics.. please do not get them to do your job

We arrived at our winter home here in the RGV a week ago only to find out that our air conditioner was not working. As it was late in the day we thought we would have to suffer through a hot night without air but decided to give Enterprise a call. Within an hour of making the call we had a technician on site who worked diligently to resolve our issue. Although we now had air conditioning the technician told us that our 15 year old system was running out of life span. The next day at our request a representative from Enterprise came over and explained our replacement options. Two days later we had our old systems removed and new improved and more efficient ones were installed. The whole procedure took less than a day with a follow up visit the next day. During the whole week long experience with Enterprise we were amazed at the dedication and professionalism that was exhibited by their team, from the original office call right up to the final payment process. The technicians were outstanding both from a personality perspective and from their technical approach. The one word that comes to mind when reviewing Enterprise Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is "professionalism" followed by "friendliness". I highly recommend them.

Called them through my warranty company for a broken AC, sent a technician the next day. He was very nice and professional. Said we needed a new motor so he would have to put in the order with the company. Said it would take a week. Waited a week, no call no nothing. Called after ten days and they said it comes in today and they will send a technician in the morning. Got a confirmation text the technician will be at our house between 10-1. Comes 2 pm and nothing. Call and they said he has food poisoning. THAN WHY DONT YOU CALL ME. Said they are going to try to send someone else. At this point we should be priority. Waiting 11 days in a hot house to get our AC fixed is ridiculous. The woman Mariann I believe was her name, was rude on the phone and very unprofessional. She even started ignoring my calls. I had to have my husband call. She answered.

After some issues with my a/c I knew it was time for an upgrade. Maryann and her team were so helpful throughout the whole process. The team was very nice, professional and the prices were very affordable! Thank you enterprise a/c for the A+ customer service!
