Extra Space Storage

I started out to "shop around" for storage facilities and see what I liked best. My first stop happened to be Extra Storage on 8710 N Oracle. I visited with Seth and he took me around to look at room sizes. Seth was friendly and courteous. He was sincere about meeting my needs and getting me the best deal possible. During our conversation, Seth convinced to stay ! No more shopping ! Very clean facility, reasonable pricing !

Started out a decent price then quadrupled in a year and a half now im paying almost $200 to store my stuff in a non air conditioned unit. Oh and to top it off I found mouse poop on my totes as well as all different kinds of bugs, last time I went to get my holiday decorations. I won't be there long I am leaving and will be finding somewhere that won't price gouge me and will respect my business and stuff.

This storage unit location is the best! Talissa and April were so so so kind to my sister and I when we were having car troubles. These two kind women went above and beyond with their help, and their generosity shouldn't go unnoticed. I would 100% recommend this place for your storage needs. Thank you again for all your help!

So far, I have not gotten enough interaction with your company other than setting up my account. Overall spending an experience seems quick and easy . I got all the necessary toes and what not and I be able to see my space so I can’t come on yet cause I haven’t had time to get by and take care of that which hopefully it will happen soon.

Great customer service I don’t rent from this one but only deal with them for making payments or questions because they have better service than the one I’m at. Thank you for the service, great prices on my units. Keep it up.

I never used the storage facility before. And I was having trouble finding one that would accommodate my U packs being delivered. I called Talisa at this particular storage unit, she reassured me that they would have no problem, accommodating my delivery and was very reassuring and explained a lot of things to me. When I reached out to the call center to make the actual reservation I spoke to Jillian Young, who was amazing and stepped me through the process and even told me how I could lock in a rate so that I wouldn’t get price gate gouged. These two ladies made this experience much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thanks ladies

Our relationship has only recently begun but so far I’ve found ESS to be organized, helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. Additionally, their pricing is quite reasonable
