These guys have great customer service, are well staffed, and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Stihl products. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but upon shopping here for only my 3rd time and having a flawless experience 3/3 times, I had to put it out there. Don't hesitate to shop here! The chainsaw recommended to me was perfect and functioned flawlessly. Thanks guys!

Great location! The employee who I spoke with over the phone who took the time to see if the item was available, and to honor a price match at the other location was awesome. So was the employee who helped with the assembly of the EGO Mini Bike. He took the time/care to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged during assembly.

Larger and more well stocked then most hardware stores in the local area.

I give full stars because this is a high class clean hardware store. So much is available that one should definitely make this one of the stops if you need anything outdoors or for jobs at the house. I was impressed with the selection and stock of things. I had 6 keys made while I was there and was served well by the caring staff. There is a Post Office in the back of the store why not! Just to add to list of why make this a stop while you are on Muldoon. Get the Amish Country Popcorn while you are there too. A must need snack. Pop your own or be lazy like me and get the microwave bags.

Absolutely the best customer service in the United States. Awesome selection of stuff for your house and business. The power equipment selection with both Honda and Stihl is amazing. The Yeti Wall and lazer engraving put this store on a whole different level!
