While traveling through Alaska in our 5th wheel camper, we had some problems with our solar/inverter. We had no luck with local RV repair shops, but Jordan was able to get us in right away. He found that the problem was actually a grounded wire running inside the camper! We were so impressed that we returned a few weeks later for him to install additional parts to help monitor our system. Jordan was very patient and provided a lot of education. He also found the most economical way to accomplish our goals. We highly recommend Jordan and Susitna energy.

Jordan did an excellent job helping me to repair the electrical in my campervan. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole experience was great and I’m super thankful for his help and how fast they were able to get me in! Their store inside is awesome too and I def recommending checking it out inside to see all the cool options they have for off grid living/camping!

I bought a heater from Susitna last December. At some point I realized it was not the correct heater for my space. They took care of the situation for me with excellent service . I could not be happier with their work, service and helpfulness. These are the people to use for so many home needs.

Outstanding service and quality products for a terrific price. We had checked 2 other solar companies and got quotes from them that were more than double the price of Susitna Energy Solutions. Jordan came out to a very remote location and installed a new inverter for us and he took the time to listen to our concerns and suggested an inverter that would work well for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this company!

This place is incredible!! Both owners are wonderful, hardworking folks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pickles is a great greeter. I worked with Jordan and Ramsy on a solar system. They provided me the most incredible service and bent over absolutely backwards to make sure I got out the door with what I needed at a beyond fair price. I can’t say enough good things about this group of people. I’ll be back, no doubt!

Incredible service and expertise. I had found myself in a jam the day before a critical event. My off grid power source was highly inadequate and not performing to specifications. This setup was purchased from a different establishment, but luckily I walked in the door of Susitna, and the owner , Jordan, helped me debug the issue, find the right parts that I needed, fixed the whole setup and stayed well beyond closing time on a long weekend, all for a very small amount of money. Owner operated, this place exemplifies the Alaskan ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit. While there, I looked at all the options they have, basically a one stop shop to setup your off grid home - propane / dc fridges , cook tops , heater , solar and battery, even composting toilets. I would highly recommend you go in and have a chat with them before making any decisions on you off grid setup.
