BIG GREEN FLAG! Magic Electric installed the pluming on my whole home generator. The ME guys were kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with! Unfortunately, a few weeks later, I discovered a plumbing leak due to an unfastened pipe union, which led to elevated gas bills. ME owned the minor mistake, compensated the difference, and double checked the entire plumbing system. Mistakes happen, I understand. However, for a company to conduct quality work AND have excellent customer service....? This is rare to come by! I'll have Magic Electric back for our next job!

Magic Electric Generators did an incredible job! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they gave us several options for the location of the generator, and they offered the best price out of several quotes that we received. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. We will definitely recommend them.

These guys go the extra mile. The office staff is beyond helpful, and the field tech was super nice and got our unit cleaned and back on line so we are ready for anything!! It's nice to work with people that have mutual respect.

Just had our first Inspection/Service Call on our new generator contract with Magic Electric generators. We are new to household generators although our generator is not new. It was already working in a home that we recently purchased. Lauryn answered my call at the office and scheduled an appointment for inspection of our generator. She was very pleasant and explained everything that the contract covered and what the price would be. She also emailed all the information that we talked about. I made an appointment and had a Technician out here in two days looking at our unit. Our service technician was a very nice young man who was patient and thorough in checking everything out. He went through all the checkpoints and explained everything to my husband. I shopped around and found their price to be very reasonable for the service received. Now we’re in good shape for hurricane season. And we are set up for a recurring inspection at this time every year.. I’m happy !

Magic was very responsive for the service call. Technician was on time and had the service work done very quickly. I could not be more pleased with Magic. Highly recommend!!

Our neighbors recommended Magic Electric. We were really fortunate. We will update after our inspection. It was installed today and everyone was great. Jordan and crew appear to have done a really good job on the installation. We completed our break in period. Jordan was prompt to complete our first service and inspection. If we are hit with a hurricane we are now prepared thanks to Jordan and Magic Electric.
