Carl, Rachel and Deryl made doing business with Pan American Power a breeze. Carl was very knowledgeable about generators and their installation and operation. He presented us two options and we decided to go with Kohler. We’re so happy, no lag time on initial startup compared to the other brand. Quite operation and weekly run and diagnostic checks are much better. Note, I had the other brand, Generac at my previous home since 2007 and had used Pan American Power there. For Service after the sale, choose a company that’s been in business for years, Pan American Power, since 1987. Deryl and Rachel made the startup, scheduling and permitting process a snap. The crew that installed the Kohler whole house generator was on site, on time, professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They did the job right, passed inspection and left the job site clean. Note, we did get a few estimates, but went with Pan American Power, not because of price, that’s the first mistake most people make when buying a whole house generator. But because they were in business since 1987! You don’t install and service generators and remain in business for almost 40 years without doing the job right and servicing your customers!

Pan American has been servicing our generator for 3 years. We have an annual contract which is reasonable priced and includes regular maintenance. There's also a discount on repairs. The office staff is easy to work with. The technicians are reliable and explain the services in easy to understand terms. Definitely am not changing!

I recently had Pan American Power perform the annual maintenance on my in-home standby generator, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service. The team was prompt, professional, and thorough from start to finish. The maintenance included replacing the battery after three years of active runtime, as well as an oil and filter change. They also checked the spark plugs to ensure everything was in good working order. I really appreciate how detailed they were in their work, explaining each step and making sure the generator was running at its best. They didn’t rush through the job and took the time to do things right. I feel confident that my generator is in top condition now, ready for any power outages. This was routine maintenance, but as usual they arrived promptly with adequate prior notice and respect for privacy. They are extremely professional and have never charged me unreasonably for service of any kind. Their recommendations are always helpful, and I would recommend them, without reservations, to anyone shopping for a full-service generator company, both for installation, service and maintenance.

Pan American Power is the only company I contacted after getting their name from 2 friends. They are a company that install, service and offer various generator options. I felt comfortable after the first few calls, didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere and began the process. Every step was clearly explained and the cost breakdown was detailed. Pan American is a great company for a whole house generator. They installed our generator about a year ago and our generator has run great the few times we lost power. We just had our annual maintenance performed and everything was all good. The team that installed our generator as well as the technician that just performed our first annual maintenance were very professional and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Pan American to anyone that is looking for generator!

We have had a whole house generator from Pan American Power for 5 years. We got an estimate from another company first but Pan Am quoted us a much better price. They service the unit each year and respond quickly anytime we call them. I have been very happy with the service from Pan American Power.
