This is the only place you want to go if you need something for your camper. Professional, respectful, willing to solve the problem, and provide helpful information. I took my travel trailer into camping world, never again!! They didn't have what I needed, they weren't helpful, they actually destroyed multiple things on my travel trailer. This is the only place in town that I recommend very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you Sydney. We will definitely be back.

Sam is unhurried, friendly, and has wholesome personality and charm. And, of course, he has exceptional knowledge & expertise in RVs since he has been with them since he was "...a teenager". He took so much time showing Mike and I their many floorplans and options to help us know what would fit our specific needs. Also, we met a very nice lady who brings her RV all the way from Missouri to have her it serviced!! She shared her testimonials on her reasons "why". My wife and I purchased a used consignment motorhome from S & S Apache in November of 2020. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from all of the staff, and especially Justin in Sales, and Allen in the Service Dept. They did a thorough inspection of the motorhome and agreed to replace or repair anything that was not working as it should, or was not safe to operate. They were prompt in everything they did and delivered on everything they agreed to. I highly recommend S & S Apache for your RVing sales and service needs. And to top that...they are Auburn family! This place was heaven sent for us. My awning bolts came out while going down road. I was able to call them, explain my situation, and they allowed me to immediately come in and get it fixed. An hour later, back on the road. They really came through for us in an immediate situation. Nice, nice folks! May they continue to receive blessings for being so kind.

I cannot recommend this business enough. My wife and I shopped for a camper for a couple of years and visited all the different dealers a few times before finally pulling the trigger on one at s & s Apache recently. Their high level of customer service and dedication to providing a quality products that suit a customer’s needs is unparalleled. They do everything possible to make sure you get on the road with the appropriate knowledge and equipment, and with a camper that works because they meticulously check everything before sending you off. The service dept was great. They quickly tackled our issues which was important because we travel for work. And as always, we enjoy speaking with the parts manager who is so knowledgeable. It is GREAT to be able to ask genuine advice on our best options without someone just trying to sell you something. For those that may come across an issue we have while traveling... we didn't buy our camper from them, and they still provide great servicing. Some dont like to work on something you didn't buy from them or place you on the back burner. We will definitely be back for all of our work, and when we are ready to shop for another new camper, we will use them.
