Home Depot was really user friendly You can go in and find just about anything that you need if you’re having trouble finding something the attendees are there. They’re so helpful. You can always find someone to assist you at this Home Depot.
There are garbage people working in the contractor section. They are so quick to judge someone,I've spend over 65k with since January. And today they just lost a customer who was about to get 6 double door and 9 single doors well over 3.5k. They need new staff who cares about their job and who don't judge people off characteristical features.
Been standing in this store for almost 2 hours waiting on someone to help with cabinets. Already asked for help 3 times. Meanwhile, employees are standing around laughing, horseplaying, and I even saw one kiss another on the neck — but I still can’t get any help.
If you like to stand around and wait and wait and wait for no one to ever show up so you can look at products that are locked up behind bars with lock and key, then this is the place for you. Not even busy. Save your gas and find stuff online.
Employees are super friendly and willing to help. Other stores should take lessons from Home Depot. The Con: no one available in carpet section to help, as friendly as everyone is, should have someone manning different sections to help customers.
