Have been twice in computer section. Blake, his customer service was fantastic. He was so informative, explained the difference in laptops and what would be best for my personal computer needs. He didn't rush or try and just make a sale. He was very polite and listening to my questions. The location is easy to get to and parking lot easy-to-use.

I checked online before heading to the Shelbyville Rd Best Buy (6/20) to make sure the Sunpak light was in stock. It showed available for same-day pickup, and I needed it that day as a gift. When I got there, it was the last one—and the box was completely dented, torn, held together with tape. Embarrassing to pay $100 and give as a gift. I politely asked about a discount or a gift receipt, and the manager said, "basically, you’re just asking to pay less for something that works." His only offer was to order a new one—which wouldn’t arrive for a week, or not buy it. I paid full price for something that looked used and couldn’t even be gifted properly. The light actually fell through the bottom of the box as I was leaving. The manager had such a condescending attitude when I asked for a solution. It was extremely disappointing service, especially for something I confirmed was available and needed for that day..

I went back talked with the manager, and the t.v guru! They were so kind, and made it all better! I wish I was better at remembering names so I could name drop them, the manager was Cole i believe, so nice, after such poor service the day before. 5 starts now, ill return!

Went in, lady up front asked how she could be of help, called someone on the radio told me to go to certain section. Waited 20 minutes seeing how each one employee went by me ignoring me. Went back to the front and on my way out told the lady no one had helped me and she didn’t even registered me. Busy in her radio while watching some Snapchat. Best to go to another Best Buy

Made a purchase on September 19 and returned the unopened box the same day a couple of hours later because it was the wrong item. To make the purchase I used $35 in rewards which were never credited back to my account upon the return. For the amount of time I spent on the phone fruitlessly trying to get a refund, Best Buy should credit my account $100.00. They sell a lot of tech but either their own software stinks and/or their customer service is abysmal. (Or maybe they are just ripping off their customers)
