Mr. Electric of Louisville

We had our wire from house to lamp post replaced. The nearly 70 year old UF wire had corroded and we suspect the previous owner had accidentally cut it while installing bushes. Kevin & coworker carefully trenched a new line and placed in conduit working around our landscaping (and its larger roots). I was impressed with his attitude and willingness to work around the landscaping to my specifications. They had it all done within a couple of hours and did a good job of filling in the trench and cleaning up afterwards. The price was good as well. They were professional, prompt, and friendly. I look forward to working with Mr Electric on our next electrical project.

Nehemiah was awesome! He kept me updated on his ETA, did a thorough safety inspection of the entire house, and gave me some estimates on future work that we are wanting to have done. Did an awesome job on the repair, as well. Super helpful and friendly! Thanks so much, Nehemiah.

Cannot fully express my thanks to Mr Electric and in particular Nehemiah and Joseph. My solar power was knock out and Mr Electric came to the rescue. I found out quickly that diagnosing the problem was not quick or easy. In combination with Nehemiah as lead and Joseph assisting in coordination with the makers of the solar panels they were able to pinpoint the problem. So within hours and working as a team my problem was solved. I highly recommend Mr Electric and their technical support for putting personal feelings aside to serve their customers best interest.

I called on a weekend and the phone was answered immediately. The customer service representative, I believe her name was Liza, was awesome. She was honest that if my sister waited one day that they would come and do an inspection for free in lieu of paying $196 for a weekend inspection and possibly not being able to get the parts on a Sunday. The neutral base went out on the electric meter and Louisville gas and electric had to shut off the power. My sister's appointment was scheduled between 11:00 to 2:00 on Monday. We received a text at 9:26 a.m. stating a technician was on the way. He arrived and assessed the situation and thoroughly explained everything to my sister. She agreed to have the work done and the technician said he had to go get the parts and would be back within an hour. He started to work at noon and finish the job a little after 2:00 p.m. . I was more than pleased that the job was completed during the window of when I was expecting a technician to just arrive. He called LG&E about 30 minutes before he was finished to have them come check everything and turn on the electricity. That again after he completed the job. I don't believe he was able to ever speak directly to a utility technician. Unfortunately, it took several calls to the company and he waited as long as he could (close to 2 hrs) before he had to go to another job. He stated he wanted to be able to walk my sister through everything on the inside of the house. He had just left my driveway when LG&E showed up to inspect. He heard the utility truck backing up and circled around to make sure everything was fine and that my sister was set on the inside and everything was working properly. My sister was very satisfied with the work, the promptness, thoroughness, genuine concern, and professionalism. From my end, the communication was above and beyond. I cannot say enough kind words about Liza.

The service experience with Mr. Electric was excellent. Robert Vincent was the Service Professional and I could not have received better service. Robert was transparent in everything he was suggesting and the work he performed. If I use Mr. Electric again I will request Robert.

Justin was here on time and ready to go. I appreciate his professional look and actions. He had so great suggestions and got things done quickly.

Robert and his apprentice were great! Very kind and knowledgeable on our electrical issue that my husband and I could not figure out how to fix. Will be using this company again if we have any further electrical issues!
