My experience with Generator Supercenter of Louisville was one of those rare situations where every element of the transaction was as disclosed and stress-free. From the initial presentation from co-owner Joby, through the installation of the unit, wiring, etc., it was relatively seamless. I was constantly kept abreast of status of installs, appointments, timely reminders. Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of all staff associated with my transaction. I can heartily recommend them to anyone!

Generator Supercenter installed a full house generator for our home. I cannot say enough good about them, from our sales person to the crew who installed the generator, (including gas lines, electrical connections, inspections), they were all very knowledgeable and great to work with. I say work, but we did not have any work to do, they took care of whole process! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Generator Supercenter. After my current provider came and told me the block was cracked on my existing generator, I contacted Generator Supercenter to give me a quote for replacement which they did promptly. But during the process I asked for confirmation that the block was cracked on my current generator. Turns out it was not. Oil Pressure Sensor was the real problem - $40 instead of thousands! Wow. Thanks generator supercenter - you’ve earned my business from now on! Carol (sales) and Joby (service) are top notch!
