Dago A. & his co-worker were excellent! Good communication skills, kept us informed every step of the way during the installation process. Answered all my questions and concerns regarding our new hot water tank. Kudos again to Dago & his co-worker for a gob well done!!

Christian came out and inspected my heating and cooling. He was so nice, professional, and very considerate. He explained everything without rushing through or being condescending. He was absolutely perfect! I recently started on their Smart Sadie Membership maintenance plan and I actually received the most adorable stuffed animal Sadie dog and a flashlight! This company is so welcoming and good to their customers. I will continue to use Goettl for all my AC and plumbing needs going forward and recommend to anyone who will listen. Thank you for putting customer service first!

Mr. Noe Rosas is very professional, friendly, organized, and clean about his work. Very good communication during the process of installation. He also responded to all the questions I had about AC and all the (why’s) He did an excellent work installing my new AC System.

Max Villegas offered services above & beyond what was promised by Goettl. He not only resolved my drainage problem in our main bathroom with relative ease, he also looked into other issues we were having at our house & did so in a kind, unassuming & professional manner. Anyone who receives Max as the technician on their call should consider themselves lucky, as should his supervisors at Goettl. He is the consummate pro through and through. These guys are great and will definitely do an incredibly thorough job. The maintenance plan is worth having. At the very least you learn of issues that can cause your a/c unit to break and you can fix them or hire them to. The yearly coil cleaning alone makes it worth the plan. Very professional and I’ve been using their service 2 years now.
