9/11/2025 -Update- I just got off the phone with Brad, the Director of Operations. He gave me the opportunity to voice my frustrations about the project and openly acknowledged that mistakes were made. I truly appreciate his honesty, and I understand that errors can happen. What mattered most was that Brad agreed I should have been kept informed throughout the process, so I had clear expectations instead of being left in the dark searching for answers. After my conversation with Brad, I felt reassured. He stood with me, validated my concerns, and worked with me to find a resolution, instead of brushing it off with a "mistakes happen" attitude. This is the reason I chose to go with Harmon in the first place—they’re a local business I wanted to support and from what I got from Brad, they will stand with their customers to make sure everything is done to satisfaction. Can’t beat that. -I really wanted to like this company, but my solar installation has been an absolute nightmare. My panels were installed almost 4 months ago and still haven't been turned on. In the meantime, my power has been shut off twice for over 3 hours while crews worked--yet the project is still incomplete. Communication has been almost nonexistent. My project manager will reply if I email her directly, but otherwise I receive no proactive updates about progress or next steps. When the field crews finish for the day, they just leave without saying a word. I've been left with panels unscrewed, wide open, and conduit scattered around my yard. Most recently, the electrical crew assured me everything would be finished and turned on--but once again, it wasn't, and no explanation was provided. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had.

We started in March/April and took a few weeks to get started. I was promised it would be operating in mid June. Then before July 4th it’s now July 18 and still at least a week away. I had a new upgraded panel put in and I was told 3.5% on visa etc. ok I understand that. I paid through Applepay. No fee for either party and it’s instant. Well they still charged me $70. Cameron says it’s a new policy. We charge that no matter how you pay. May 28 2025 Cameron leaves me a message. We down to the last inspection. 7 weeks and no inspection yet.

Harmon solar is way up the rank. Their services are exceptionally good. I can't forget their total commitment to providing the best service for their customers. It has been a great experience working with Harmon solar. Try it. You'll never regret your decision.

Harmon Electric was recommended by SolarEdge due to the closure of our original installer. Harmon picked up the slack and helped with moving the installer associated with our account. Communication throughout the process and all the help with the issues with our solar panels was great. The person sent out to determine the communication of the panels to the inverter was very thorough. Kudos to Mario who went on the roof and not only found and fixed the problem but noticed some other items to note. Finally, it was nice to have someone answer the phone/email without delay!
