What an amazing company! I called around for quotes and thankfully landed with Larsell. They were super fast and professional, I'm talking I called on December 23rd and they were out on the installation of a whole new furnace on the 26th (THIS WAS DURING CHRISTMAS WEEKEND!). We even ran into a few snags, but they ran around town and found what they needed to make sure the job was done fast and right! Their focus on satisfaction far exceeded my expectations! Our furnace malfunctioned late Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, on Friday morning my Dad went to see Larsell after driving around to multiple places. Mr. Larsell was very helpful and provided the parts that were required for our furnace. We appreciate the great customer services and being available on a holiday weekend!! Thank you!!

I had Larsell Mechanical design, fabricate, and install a total hvac system about 9 years ago and have been mostly pleased with the result. A couple of little problems arose and they were handled quickly and efficiently. My ac compressor blew while I was out of town and I returned to a 102 degree home (111 outside.) I called Larsell and they told me they only service existing clients. I explained that I was a client, and the receptionist said I would get a call back. I never got the call. The next morning it was 88 degrees in my house and I called Larsell again. I was told it would be 2 weeks until someone could come out. During the worst heatwave in history. I suspected that the problem was the capacitor, so I took the unit apart and determined that was the problem. I called Larsell to ask if it would be possible to purchase the part and replace it myself. I was told "we don’t do that." During the worst heatwave in history. Choose carefully the craftsmen who do work for you. Hvac places these days only service their own work, and if you choose Larsell to do your Hvac you are likely to be stuck with few alternatives but to wait however long they say to get service when something goes wrong.

Larsell came in with a very competitive bid and came in and did a first-rate upgrade of our HVAC. They were very responsive when we had questions and willing to do whatever followup was needed. They were friendly, professional, and I would recommend them to friends.

BIG THANK YOU to Justin! Great customer service skills our heater went out over Thanksgiving break, which was stressful with three children. He went out of his way to make sure that our heater was working properly, no temporary fix. Justin was kind, respectful of our home and amazingly helpful. We could not be happier with the professional diagnosis and repair that Larsell provides for our older commercial heating system. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly--and they've been this way for years! Their experienced technicians have been great at finding, communicating, and repairing the problems.

The communications were courteous and responsive at all stages. The quotes came rapidly and were clear. The work was done promptly and the system has been working well. The rating would have been a 5-star only that the system did not pass city inspection at first due to a very minor detail that did not affect system function. It was promptly fixed and inspection passed. A pleasure to work with Larsell, and would highly recommend them to friends and others.
