I called around to try and get quotes to do an installation. We wanted to learn our options for heating and cooling our home. It was odd because a lot of places didn't seem like they wanted our business. However, Pace was super friendly and helpful. We felt their prices were reasonable and they offered some fantastic financing too! Craig feels like he might be a part of our family now. The technician that installed our ductless system made some last minute changes so that everything would look nice from the outside of our house. He did the work to the level of quality that he would do to his own home, and I'm so happy he did. He was such a nice and thoughtful professional. And my house is going to be nice and chilly ❄️⛄️ this summer. Thank you Pace!

My furnace quit working. Mary, at PACE was able to schedule me a time the next with a tech. Jeff with PACE was the tech. He was wonderful. He recognized the issue, but then noticed where the hot air on my roof was coming out of the wrong place. He fixed the issue, which could have created problems down the line on my roof. Jeff--thank you for being wonderful! I appreciated you taking care of my furnace. The best!

We had an excellent experience working with Pace. Mitch was extremely patient and helpful as we decided which furnace option would work best for us. Adam and Jake did a wonderful job installing our furnace, new AC unit and new water heater. Adam is very talented in what he does, he worked with us to give us the setup we needed for our remodel to look amazing. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with Pace. We needed a furnace replaced in February. They came out quickly and were able to install quickly. We also had some tricky work we needed done to maximize space around the furnace. They rerouted the ducting, explaining everything they were doing along the way. Prices were competitive and we are very satisfied! Both of the workmen were very professional and friendly.

in 2019 we purchased a furnace and AC upgrade for a failing system that our older home had for decades. Pace provided numerous options to meet our heating and financial needs. Installation was lead by Adam and he conducted himself in an amazing professional manner and answered all our questions. His quality of work inside and outside the home was top notch. A year later during a service, Joe was professional also and did a great job ensuring our investment was being well maintained by Pace and ourselves. After a rough storm last night our thermostat and furnace did not come back on after power was restored to the house. I called Pace expecting to hear I would have to wait days for a tech to come look at things, and I really cringed thinking about how bad the repair may be. Much to my surprise I had a tech (Geoff) at my door 2 hours later, and after replacing a relatively inexpensive part, things were back up and operational, which was great since I have two small kids at home doing online school. Geoff was very professional and friendly, and seemed to know just how to troubleshoot the issue. Big THANKS to Geoff and Pace for the speedy help!

After waiting days to hear from another service provider, I called PACE to come out and find out why our aging air conditioner wasn't cooling very well. The wonderful gals in the office were able to make an appointment in just a few days (luckily, the brief heat wave was over) and Jim Bush called exactly on time to say he was on his way. My husband had come home from work to talk with Jim and find out what needed to be done and Jim was just great. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient - and he quickly took care of the problem. WOW! We're so glad the other provider didn't return my calls (and still hasn't).
