Mike's was able to come out the same day and even called when an earlier appointment became available so we could avoid after hours charges. Mike's installed a new heat pump system in our church as part of a remodel project. One of the units attached to two mini-splits became problematic immediately after installation. Mike's technicians, with Matthew LLanas in the lead, worked doggedly to figure out the problem. They spent several partial days trying to figure out what was wrong using all standard protocols. In the end, they discovered that the manufacturer had incorrectly wired the heat pump unit. Once the cross wiring was corrected, the system worked fine. Our thanks to Matthew and colleagues for your perseverance.

I know I made the right decision in choosing Mike’s Hvac! Installation was efficient and completed with precision. I appreciate their hard work and especially answering all my questions. Chris and Tristan are very knowledgeable And worked great as a team.

We called Mike's on Monday to say we did not have heat. They sent a technician out on Tuesday who told us they have to work up an estimate and would get it Wednesday morning. Thursday morning comes, still no heat or estimate from Mike's. We even had to sign a statement that they were leaving us without heat. So we called and explained, recieved NO APOLOGY for the lack of communication and then wait another two hours for them to call and say they have to send another guy out to prepare the estimate. So first thing Monday they were told we didn't have heat. It is now Thursday and we are no closer to having heat. I am calling a different HVAC company because these guys don't know what they are doing.
