Larry McGinnis Heating & Air Conditioning

Larry is outstanding! He installed my AC on a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. He is professional, easy to talk to, and very happy. I will absolutely call him again if I have any issues with my HVAC.

Larry came out on a Sunday afternoon on the hottest day in recorded history when our AC stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly (it was a bad capacitor) and showed us how to cool down the unit to prevent it from happening again. AND he didn't charge us an arm and a leg. We highly recommend him.

Our AC unit has not been cooling our house and we are planning to replace. I have been scheduling estimates from many different companies and everyone is months out for installation. When I called Larry he immediately knew what the problem was with ours and said he could come out and get it running better to keep us comfortable until we can get a new unit. I scheduled to have him come on a Monday morning, but we have a dog who is dying from Lymphoma and the heat in our house is making her uncomfortable. I called Larry back and explained our situation and asked if he could come sooner. He came the next morning and fixed our AC. The charge was way below what I expected and he gave us a quote for a new system that is thousands less than others. We are so impressed and highly recommend.

Our 12 year old heat pump failed and I was complaining to a friend about it. My friend recommended I give Larry a call and gave me his number. Larry's bid was way more reasonable and he was very responsive when I called with questions and scheduled me just a few days later to do the work. Glad to have a nice new system and looking forward to lower electricity bills with the more efficient equipment. I would recommend Larry McGinnis to anyone looking for an HVAC guy.

12.4.2020 Larry McGinnis HVAC and his tech Jason are SUPERB. I have gotten extremely timely and ETHICAL service with Larry McGinnis Heating & Air Conditioning. I started using them a few years ago on the recommendation of another property manager and I am glad I did! At one point I called them for an estimate to deal with the malfunctioning AC in a rental house where I had gotten two bids in the $3500 range where I was told replacement was the only option. Larry fixed a burned wire while doing the inspection/estimate and charged $75!!! The AC has been running strong 4 more years so far! Recently my home furnace went out and I got LUCKY....I called Larry and described the problem and sent him a photo of the model number of the furnace....he called back a few minutes later, he happened to have the correct part on hand and the tech just happened to be available while waiting for parts on another job....we got our furnace back within 3 hours of it going out! I came home after work to a 90 degree house and non working AC. I called Larry from a friend's recommendation. He squeezed me in between jobs after hearing what happened and thinking it was an easy fix, fixed my issue, and charged me a VERY fair price. And, he was a super nice guy. I will be using him again for any future HVAC needs! I highly recommend him!
