I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our experience began with Chris, our Home Service Advisor, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and provided top-notch customer service from the very first interaction. The installation team, Jamien and Nick, was phenomenal. Both Jamien & Nick did an awesome job with the installation and the clean-up was so was impeccable that you cannot tell they removed an old furnace from our 120-year-old home. Their attention to detail was astounding—they even brought a faulty window to our attention that we had missed. They took the time to explain the new equipment, answer all of our questions, and walk us through the settings. We felt completely informed and confident in their work. We've gone from freezing to toasty, just in time for winter hawk to bit. This is a trustworthy team that I would recommend to anyone for all their furnace needs.

Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.

It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. The cost with installing was reasonable. It was necessary we do this before it became dry in my house Shawn was wearing a pink shirt and I remembered last year Doornbos was raising awareness of Breast Cancer with their campaign "Catch Me In Pink" and fundraising!!! So, of course, Shawn and I took a photo together and I made a donation too, as I was preparing to walk my own Fundraiser with American Cancer Society in Cantigny Park on October 5,2025

Highly experienced and professional installation. Very neat and timely. Frank initial visit for estimate was so pleasant and very convincing that I was convinced with their great labor warranty in addition to factory warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Staff is very pleasant and courteous and took care of all paperwork and registration. Frank was very thorough in his presentation and very understanding of my needs and helped me a lot in coming to my final decision. I highly recommend this company . Excellent company.

This was the best service I've ever received for any home repair. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. He did a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system and explained everything he was doing in an an understandable manner. He identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He was also very friendly and honest. I've used other companies in the past for HVAC servicing, but the overall service at Doornbos was by far the best. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great customer service from beginning to end. From the home advisor Chris May, to the office team Julie, and the great installation team Nick & Jamien. These young men came into my home with respect, got the job done, answered all questions and took us through the process of what was done and how to maintain it. I have no complaints at this time.

The service tech Mike does an excellent job of furnace, a/c inspection and repair. Provides high quality, professional and neat work. He is on time and his company calls with reminders and updates on his location as well as his time of arrival. They do it all well. The customer service team is also super. Thanks everyone!
