Great job by the 2 guys who removed and replaced the corroded sections of ductwork and installed a new whole house dehumidifier in our crawl space! My wife and I appreciated them being on time. Not earlier, not later. Easy to communicate with the guys . Highly recommend Precision!

I have the maintenance program with Precision Heating And Cooling . I call them each spring & fall so they can send someone out to make sure everything is in working order with my air conditioner and furnace.Last year they caught something with my furnace that was still under warranty and they fixed it right away. If I had not been in the program, I probably would have missed that window of time on the warranty so I am super glad I am on this program! I always feel confident that I am getting excellent professional service from this company. I continue to be very happy with the service I received From Precision heating and cooling.

Precision was recommended to us by a friend after we bought a home with a boiler and radiators. I only have experience with gas forced heat so I needed someone that could tell me what I'm dealing with. Steven was awesome! He took his time to explain how the entire system works, what the different parts were, what I should look for in the off season and when in use that can indicate an issue, general dos and don'ts, etc. He checked every individual radiator and cleaned the boiler itself. He was incredibly respectful of our home too (putting on shoe covers, avoiding walking on carpet when possible, cleaned up his work area, etc.) the whole appointment left me feeling confident moving forward and I definitely see why they were recommended. We will definitely continue with Precision, especially while Steven is doing home appointments.

I had a great experience with PRECISION HEATING AND COOLING!! I got both air conditioner and furnace!! Starting with Peter Kavouras and his entire crew!! it was the absolute EPITOME of excellent customer service, everyone was efficient, pleasant, and professional, before I called your company I checked the reviews and I could not find one single negative comment and I can see why!!! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service I received today!!!

I am not very pleased with my experience with Precision, for several reasons. 1. An appointment time switcheroo: I had agreed to an appointment time of "12 to 4." Then I received a voicemail, the night before, saying the technician was coming at 7:30 the next morning. Then around close of business (around 5:20) I called and left a message with your answering service saying I was emphatically not okay with the new time. At least that message got passed on, along with how unhappy I was. I got rather short notice of a new time, but as it happened I was okay with that. 2. When the technician arrived, one of the first things he said was that humidifier needed to be relocated. It had been just fine as installed 22 years ago--so I felt--and feel--that this was trying to sell me something I don't need. 3. I asked the technician if he was going to vacuum furnace parts/components to remove soot or whatever. He said Yes but I never saw a vacuum machine nor heard the sound of vacuuming. 4. Cost: I was charged $185. I pointed out that many, many firms in your business advertise furnace cleaning/maintenance service for $89. He replied that there was a charge for coming out, and then, on top of that, a charge for services performed. This explanation does not mollify me. 5. He said he did not have the part needed for the humidifier and would order it. I imagined I would get a message in 2 or 3 days saying that the part had come in and you folks were ready to come back and install it (hopefully for no additional charge). So far I have not received word to that effect.

Back in January had them come out and fix my humidifier That they just installed the previous summer. The head unit was bad under warranty, No problem . while they there I had them do check up on the furnace they do what they're supposed to do. Check everything specs blah blah blah replace the filter cuz they said it was bad like okay but come to find out they replaced my $60 filter with a $2 filter and his $60 filter. You don't have to replace every month depending on how bad your air quality is, but with the $2 filter you change it every month if not every other week and I did not know they changed that to the $2? Had I had no or they put that in their notes to inform me. Sure how would it replace it sooner? I'm just venting upset a little bit and you think if they poke holes in anything when they do there checking they would cover it back up but they said that's normal and I'm like okay
