Installed a ductless air system in my basement. Showed up on time at 8:30am and were finished a little after 1:30pm. They were very clean with their lines and making sure it looked great with the house. I would highly recommend them for any of your AC/heat needs.

I have always respected Gardners but after today I'm done. Had a new unit put in little over year ago and we found that it was leaking and completely rotted the floor. Gardners came out and caulked it but both the technician and the office staff admitted to me this unit was known to have a leak. Why were we never notified to watch for this issues or if caulking around the part was known to seal it and fix the leak why have they never done it in the times they've been out to service the unit? But I had to pay for them to fix the part of a "known issue" and the cost of replacing the flooring. Garners knows who they provided these faulty units to, but they never addressed the issue before it did damage to our home. Not satisfied with Gardners at all.

So hard to trust folks these days. A technician came out to trouble shoot my heat pump and in the process accidentally burnt up a few other parts. I understand it wasn't intentional, but he tried to charge me for it like they were already burnt up when he got here! Had I not been with him the whole time, he would have gotten away with it. He was a very nice young man and had the parts been cheaper I might would have simply paid for them, but it doubled my bill from 3 hundred to over 6 hundred!!!! I contacted the office and spoke to them and they gave me a credit for 1 of the parts.....to make things worse, my unit is still messed up, but it is running. My thermostat was damaged also and only works on the back up batteries now, so it will need replacing

I called and they had a technician out here the same day (not even an emergency). Greg not only repaired the issue but took the time to educate a bit & answer questions... which in my experience is exceedingly rare these days. Amazingly prompt service, great value. I'll be using them in the future for any other needs & would absolutely recommend giving them a shot.

Have been using this company for years, but will no longer be using them Last season they came out to do our maintenance on our air unit, and proceeded to tell us that there was a leak in the line. So, we paid over 200 dollars to have freeon input in it. They also told us that they would recommend us getting a new system. We thought "OH Lord". We had another company come out to do our maintenance, and they said our system was working just fine. We did not ever have a leak in the line. So we spent a bunch of money for nothing. Will not be using them anymore.

They charged me $90 just to tell me that the coil is bad and it leaked out all the freon it took them literally 5 minutes and charged me $90. What a rip off. You Can't trust companies anymore to do the right thing because we spent 15,000 on a brand new train heating and air system and it wasn't even 2 years later that all the freeon leaked out because we didn't call that summer and waited till now. They wanted another 1100 to fix the problem. I don't recommend them. I'm very upset about the service, and the cost because there is no reason a 2-year-old unit should leak freeon out when it was technically only a year and a half old at the time it happened. Beware. Beware

Needed a heating and cooling system for an old home I was remodeling. Clyde, the owner personally came out and gave an estimate. He beat the other company by almost 2000.00. He called before installation, because there was a change to clear that change with me. The guys came out got everything installed, checked, and explained the remote controls ro me. There's not any passport, plastic, or any debris left lasting around.. all cleaned up, really like that. Highly recommend this company and their work.
