Great company, fast service and quality work! They came out and performed maintenance on our AC unit. Since then our system has been running more efficiently (on average 22% less energy daily). During this heatwave, that's incredible! Professional people and great experience all around. Will definitely work with them in the future!
Anthony was punctual and friendly, but the company gave up on our AC unit after a couple trips out. I would recommend asking for Anthony, but suggest looking elsewhere if you have a homeowners warranty because KC Elite will not go above and beyond.
My AC went out and Rocky and his team went over and above with their customer service and getting a new unit installed before the KC heat comes. Truly a stress free and professional experience. Highly recommend!

Rocky is SO incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond. We worked with him through our warranty people and set up our case at 9pm and I was able to contact him that night to set up a time for him to come look at our furnace the next morning. He arrived on time and continued to follow up. Can’t say enough good things. Great work quality, very professional, and very responsive - all important qualities to my wife and i. Thanks Rocky! The overall experience was great. From the time I filed a claim on the Home Warranty's website, I received an immediate call from Elite Heating and Air. They were able to get a technician out quickly, considering the recent drop in temperatures which I'm sure has kept them busy. The person scheduling the appointment was pleasant and friendly. Rocky arrived at the expected time. He was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use this company and this technician in the future!
