Energy Pro Heating & Cooling

Tony was able to get our heat working again! Unfortunately it took two visits to get it sorted out, but during the second visit he was able to complete our HVAC maintenance/ cleaning that we had scheduled for another week completed which worked out much better for us. He answered all of our questions and helped us make sure our systems were ready and in top condition for this upcoming winter!

My unit upstairs crashed on a Friday evening. Put service requests in with several companies over the weekend, no responses. Monday morning I started calling the same places and others including Energy Pro. Places were all backed up some as long as a week and a half. Energy Pro was able to get here Tuesday. Office kept me informed of schedule and Tony arrived within the provided service window. Had the unit diagnosed and repaired under an hour. Very pleased with the office staff and the service Tony provided. Energy Pro is now my go to provider. Thanks!!

The service was scheduled easily over the phone. The tech arrived within the stated service window and fixed the issue with our broken A/C unit in about 90 min. I will use Energy Pro heating & cooling again!
