I am so pleased how they have assisted my elderly Mom with fixing her air conditioner. As we are still waiting for a part they have done everything successfully to keep her cool through this heat wave. This is my mom and I needed the very best for her. Stephen the technician immediately located the problem, explaining his discovery and what was needed to complete the repair. He ensured the system ran as normal ensuring the system began to cool. He also explained and recommended we look into their service plan to ensure our unit remains running properly and identify any potential problems.

Deshawn came out to replace a capacitor on the unit and took the time to explain the components and some best practices to help our unit run during hotter days. He was caring and kind, polite and made some great recommendations! We have two kids, one under 1 and he spoke about having kids of his own and knowing how it can be uncomfortable to get a good night sleep when it’s hot inside so he stayed to make sure the temp was coming down and blowing cool once the unit was back up and running.
