We got quotes from 3 different companies to install an AC system in our older home and chose Semper Mechanical. Their quote came in the middle range but we chose them because of their pricing transparency, patience with answering our many, many questions and concerns (all of which they answered), their expertise, professionalism, the excellent reviews, and the superb communication with the front office. The unit they installed was a 5-ton Unico High Velocity ducted system with a Rheem RD17AZ60. They had a very narrow attic/ crawl space to work in but were able to install the system within the timeframe given, efficiently problem solving any issues that came up. And they were always friendly and courteous. The system works beautifully and makes no noise which is wonderful. Thank you Semper for being easy to work with and for keeping our summers cool! I would highly recommend Semper Mechanical.

My old furnace and air conditioner was nearing the end of its Life. I called Semper Mechanical Heating and Cooling; they came the next day for consultation; the technician Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose a new energy-efficient Bosch system that fit my budget. The installation team was very professional, courteous and work very hard together. They made sure understood how to use the new thermostat and they left the work area spotless; I am very satisfied with my new furnace and fantastic experience from start to finish highly recommend!!!

I sought multiple quotes for our Dual heat pump project. I chose Semper not just because they offered a competitive quote, but because they were the most professional outfit of the 3 other well known competitors. Semper took a great deal of time to explain options, answer questions, completed another professional visit prior to the project commencing, to confirm everything. In addition, they got us on the schedule within a reasonable period of time and every person associated with this company was exemplary. The project was a success and we saved thousands.
