My air conditioner was leaking when I called Soumadel. They came promptly and helped troubleshoot the problem. They were nothing but kind, helpful to answer all my questions and very patient with me. Everything was so easy, and the price was reasonable! They gave me options on pricing. 10/10 would recommend Soumadel for your next service call

Great experience, our technician was able to diagnose and solve the issue promptly. A prior company had recommended a whole new system install but luckily Soumadel was to implement the fix. Would highly recommend doing business with them!

Thank you Nadjib for working with us on the HVAC replacement. I give 4.5 stars but its not an option here - only because it took weeks for the work to get done. Although it took a few weeks to get the work done, you were communicative and the HVAC technician showed up on time and was respectful and easy to communicate with via text. Pricing was fair as well.

I had an excellent experience with Soumadel HVAC when they replaced my old tankless water heater. Nadjib was responsive and helpful with scheduling and his explanations of the work that needed to be done, and even helped me with MassSave paperwork and rebates. Madhi and the crew that came to do the work were kind, professional, patient, and so sweet with my very curious dogs! Madhi clearly takes pride in his work and he and his crew even stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. He walked us through every step of what he did so we were comfortable and answered every question we had, and the system is working much better than it has since we moved into this house. I also shopped around for pricing and they were very fair, with no hidden costs along the way. They seem like good people (and clearly great workers) and I would definitely recommend these guys! (Edit to add: we were connected through American Home Shield, which is a nightmare, but not at all Soumadel’s fault! This was the third company AHS sent to us after the first two said our system was fine (MassSave found a major backup of carbon monoxide in the old system…not fine) and Soumadel diagnosed and fixed it immediately. If you’re here through AHS these are the guys to choose!)

I can't speak highly enough about this company. They were excellent in their communication, clear in what they would do and how they would do it, and saved us thousands of dollars. The team that came to fix both our air handler and our split unit did an excellent job and cleaned up everything so we didn't even know they had been here. I am so grateful to them,

I am an American Home Shield client and Soumadel HVAC was assigned to service a Mini-split unit. Upon initial assessment they seemed fantastic, and replaced my broken unit in December with an allegedly better unit. That however was the only acceptable part of my experience. Initial work done in the condo was on January 25th 2021. Soumadel HVAC installed a new mini split unit . This was left incomplete at my condo with no word. There was a 4 inch x 4 inch hole left in the wall, and although my wife was home, the technicians did not mention this to her, and I discovered this when I returned home later that evening. When I spoke with Soumadel HVAC about the incomplete job, I was informed that they install and do not modify, it was left for me to repair. I understand that painting would not be covered by the warranty however the hole left is not a proper installation. This was left for me to repair on my own. On July 1st I contacted American Home Shield about the AC unit leaking. After several attempts to set up an appointment, a technician was assigned and a repair was attempted, however the unit now leaks more. After continued attempts to set up an appointment with Soumadel HVAC (he had made and canceled several which results in me missing time from work) someone came out to reassess, and the solution that was explained to me was to lift the unit further up, run a new drainline (they used the existing drain line in previous install) and see if that would work. I was also told from the HVAC tech during that visit (July 22nd) that I could drill a hole in the outside from the outside through the concrete block and just spry it with spay insulation foam that they sell at home depot. I asked if he meant that when his technician came back they would be doing this to assure it was properly insulated, he told me no, he does not do that, it would be left for ME to do. The reason they they do not do this is because that is not the purpose of the spray foam insulation. In fact if this is done incorrectly it will blow out either the interior dray wall, or crack the concrete exterior wall. However At this point I still continued to work with him and accept his answers. He also informed me that when they comeback to move the unit, that it would likely leave another visual hole in the wall that he does not fix, as that is not their job. I still continue to accept this as an answer. The last time I spoke with Soumadel HVAC was Wednesday August 4th at 12:33 PM EST. I was told that he would call me back by 3:00 PM when he makes the schedule for Thursday and Friday (August 5th and 6th). That call never took place. It was not until Thursday August 12th when they did finally reach out to me by phone however left no voice mail. I can only assume this was a result of contact from AHS to the vendor. The report that they eventually left for AHS notes that there is improper insulation behind the unit that they installed (I used to do this work, and NEVER would I have installed a unit without insulating behind it. Typically that would include removing old insulation and adding new). Furthermore the fact that they can report the lack of insulation means that this was a known fact to them but they wanted to ignore it. If you are looking for quick easy work that may or may not be done correctly, Soumadel is the LLC for you. I however can no longer wait for unacceptable work to take place. I have photos attached document everything that I have stated above. Currently on hot days the unit drips about 1/4 of a cup of water in a 4.5 hour period. Just an additional tid bit of information that perhaps will help their technicians in the future. IF they ran their own drain line initially AND assured the that refrig lines AND the drain line was properly insulated and the hole through the wall was actually air tight, this condensation leak should also be no issue. However since neither of those happened, the issue continues.
