Bryan H. did a quick repair on my hot water tank this week, instead of trying to sell me a new tank (10 plus years old) when the pilot light would not turn on leaving my family without any hot water! His response time was within a few hours. I have had him out before to service gas fireplaces and he is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

As requested Tim called prior to his arrival which was so helpful for planning. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I understood the issue and the fix for our fireplace. Tim gave me his card and said to reach out any time. Highly recommend!

The serviced our old unit, fixing what needed to be fixed. Their tech, Tim, was super knowledgeable. We liked them so much we bought a new unit, and they were even able to move it to where we wanted it! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had our furnace and air conditioning serviced by Tim. He was so knowledgeable and fixed everything. I told him our air conditioner wasn't keeping up even though it was brand new (installed by another company) and he found the problem and fixed it. I will use them again.

Purchasing the replacement fireplace replacement easy and straight forward. Installation was timely and easy. The installer Tobias was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and very meticulous with the installation.

Sundance installed my original furnace almost 30 years ago. Whenever I have needed service, which hasn't been often they have always been responsive and done excellent work. Tim was my service tech today, he was polite, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem gave me a quote and fixed the problem in about an hour. The price was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales. I would highly recommend Sundance and their service techs if you have an issue with your furnace, hot water tank or even home electrical repairs. Thanks again for a job well done!

What a great company. I had the opportunity to meet seven different employees from Sundance while having a fireplace insert and heat pump installed. They were all extremely professional and courteous. They did everything right the first time AND they showed up as scheduled on time every time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for future projects.
