Excellent across the board. Tech was able to address and answer all of my many questions and concerns. But, for $200, it would be appreciated if my standard size filter(1×16×25) would have been replaced. In the past visits this was a perk freely done as a part of the service and at a much lower service cost. I think I will use my dirty furnace filter to block the dangerous rays from the sun as I save the planet.

Quality Heating & Cooling has always been outstanding. We have recommended them to friends and family. Kevin and John were here to perform service on our system. They are, without question, the standard by which EVERYONE in a service industry should be measured. They own the high-water mark for how to treat customers. I consider them friends and would trust nobody else with our furnace. Thank you Kevin, John and Quality. You are the BEST, bar none!

Today Bryan came out to give my furnace a good tune-up and check for any issues. He is obviously good at his job and friendly as well. He gave me information about my current situation as well as what I should know for the future. I feel very confident in his work and his knowledge and am so grateful for his service. Quality Heating is just what the names states: quality.

Quality Heating was great. Boiler stopped working, had no hot water and they were able to send someone over the same day! Greg & Garrett were awesome! They were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They checked everything, tuned up the boiler, fixed the issue and restored our hot water and heat in a few hours! Would definitely recommend them!

Had a tune-up done today and was really impressed. The technician Conner was both nice and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering my questions clearly. He came across as very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for. It’s great to have someone who’s not only skilled but also polite and respectful in your home. Overall, excellent service—I feel confident my system is in good hands. Highly recommend!

The customer service that Quality heating was absolutely outstanding. They came in protected our flooring, they cleaned up after themselves, and we're very polite the entire time. I would recommend these people for any type of work. I have been using them for years at more than one residence. THANK YOU QUALITY HEATING!!

I want to give a shout out to Mike. He arrived to apartment early. Not only did he inspect HVAC vents, etc. Mike walked me through on how to correctly utilize the Ecobee's thermostat equipment Demonstrated great customer service skills because this is a rare quality. Mike was quick & effective, problem solver, very knowledgeable, very detailed and attentive, flexible and humble. He made sure he understood my concerns before his departure. I was very appreciative. Thank you for hiring Mike. He deserves a bonus!
