Two technicians were courteous and knowledgeable, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed. They were respectful and professional, and I felt they gave me an honest assessment of my unit. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for the outstanding service! We had a great experience with Chuck’s AC. We called on a Monday afternoon on Tuesday morning. Josh arrived right on time. He performed maintenance on our two units as well as replaced a part that was not fully functioning, at a reasonable price. I will call them the next time I need any work done on my AC. They were professional and reasonably priced, quick to respond and friendly.

GREAT service! A/C went out and needed someone "now". They went out of their way to get someone to us within 2 hours. Matthew showed up and was kind and courteous and a definite expert. He diagnosed quickly and had a plan for the very next morning. We were a little concerned with handling a 87 degree evening in the house but Chuck's came through (Tera) and surprised us with a portable A/C so we got some rest. Now, it's nice and cold in the house thanks to Chuck's.

Miguel came out to check my HVAC system since the AC was not blowing cold air. He determined that the necessary repairs would be almost impossible since my unit is being phased out. He put together a few quotes and walked me through financing options for a replacement unit.He got me in position to have "cool" air for a few days on the old system and scheduled an install for next day of the new unit. Miguel explained my options and the situation exceptionally well.

What a great locally owned company. They are dedicated to quality work and educating their customers about AC equipment so that they can make informed choices. They quickly repaired our AC compressor for a reasonable price.
