I am happy to have Air Max install our new HVAC. The technicians are professionals.They arrived on time. They came prepared, covered my floor, keeping our home clean, took the time to explain & answer questions and show us how to use the new system & AC remote, very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable cleaned-up the area, before leaving. They did a fantastic job and very professional. Provided excellent service. I am satisfied from start to finish I highly recommend Air Max services to anyone!!

We had Lowe’s/AirMax replace our 46 year old HVAC system. Installation was a decent amount of work as the crew of two had to remove the old dinosaur system. Everything was done properly and I would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians showed up on time, and were efficient and friendly, and cleaned up after them selves. The furnace is working beautifully and the job was done at a fair price. Air Max informed my wife and I that the HVAC techs would arrive to my home at 8am. To my surprise they arrived a few minutes before. Talk about first impressions. Byron and his crew, Angel and Julio, were absolute professionals. They arrived on time each day, they answered my wife and I’s questions, they were mindful of keeping our home clean and tidy and they went above and beyond to leave the work area clean at the end of each day and upon completion of the project. The team was incredibly professional, informative and detail-oriented. We had a full HVAC system replaced. Our old system was 35 years old and was completely fried- no heat during a cold season. They came within 5 days of our order, arrived on time, completed all work the same day, and even repaired the gas hookup and electrical. Of course they checked with us first before doing this additional work. At the end of the day they tested everything and explained how to use the new equipment. We really appreciated everything this team accomplished.

The two men that installed my air conditioner were extremely professional. The worked continuously and cleaned up the area. They explained to me each part of the unit and went over the directions on how to work the new thermostat and made sure it was working properly. You could see they took pride in their work.

The technicians were all professional and did an amazing job. Took their time till they finished it all up. My new HVAC system is working great! The photos were before they finished. My previous HVAC system was from 1988 when my home was built.
