I had VHP Air Conditioning come out to check why my AC wasn’t blowing air downstairs — and if you live in Lancaster, you know how brutal the heat can get. The first tech couldn’t immediately figure it out, but instead of giving up, they scheduled a specialist to come out the very next day. I was working from home, and they assured me they wouldn’t disturb my work — and they kept their word. They found the issue with the ducts and got it fixed. But they didn’t stop there — they also checked my HVAC unit and noticed components that regulate voltage and current were on the verge of failing. They called my warranty company on the spot and got authorization to make the repairs. Now my AC is running strong and finally cooling the house properly. I really appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful the whole team was. You can tell they understand how stressful this kind of situation is and they genuinely want to help. Highly recommend them — they bring both service and expertise.

VHP was the 2nd opinion company that my warranty sent out. First company told me I would likely need whole unit replaced for 10k+. VHP came out, pressure tested the lines, all checked out good so they filled the freon and all fixed. They are honest, quick, and great.

VHP was very professional and got right on the problem with my A/C. They were on time and always returned my calls. Most important they had answers to my questions...if they didn't they got right back to me with an answer. They respected our home by wearing booties over their work shoes. VHP Air Conditioning came out to repair a damaged dryer hose. The service technician was knowledgable, courteous and professional. The damaged dryer hose was replaced in a timely manner. I would absolutely call VHP for work in the future.
