H. J. Faust, Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning

We had HJ Faust do our entire HVAC system on our new construction home. They did a great job with the design, install, and making sure the system fit our needs. The whole process from start to finish with them, was a great experience. Recently, I had them come back and install a whole house humidifier. Colin, the technician did a very clean job on the install. Everything is neatly done and has a nice fit and finish.

This was the first time we have used this company. Jake performed an extremely thorough, annual maintenance of our bi-fuel system. Jake took time to explain the operations he was performing. We will now be using this company for all future heating and air conditioning needs.

Chris and James were amazing with the install of our new furnace and AC! They were so professional and cleaned up so well after the job. Eric also was so great in helping us choose the best units for our home. All were very professional but so easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic honest and super friendly company. Called them in for a quote for a new motor for ac and also a quote for a new system all together because another company told me that was what I needed. Mark came in to perform the quote duties and within 30 seconds of approaching my ac unit he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He told me I have a bad capacitor. I don’t need a new system or motor. A capacitor is 4x cheaper to fix than replacing the motor. And obviously thousands of dollars cheaper than replacing the whole unit. Within an hr the service guy came and fixed my ac. It’s running perfectly. Thank you so much!

Colin was great as was my entire experience with the team. I called first thing for an AC that was not working. They had Colin out quickly, he took care of the issue and was able to advise on the best maintenance. So thankful for their customer service and professionalism.

Ty Faust came to quote me on the installation of a Radon Mitigation System for my home/ basement due to the high readings from a home test kit. He was very professional and pleasant upon arrival at my home, reviewed the situation and determined how best to proceed with this installation. It took maybe a half hour and he left with what he needed to give me a firm quote for this project. He followed up within a day with a quote and we had this scheduled for the following week. He explained the process as did his installer, Riley, and everything went smoothly. I find H J Faust to be a good company to work with and their prices are reasonable. I do recommend them for this kind of work. Very pleasant and professional! Riley was my installer for the Radon Mitigation System. He and his associate did a very professional job, arrived on time and finished up as expected based upon the information provided by Ty Faust at his visit to quote this project. They cleaned up well and solved my high radon levels in the basement. I would recommend this company for this service. Great job!
