Square One Heating & Cooling, LLC

We had 2 new furnaces and AC systems installed just over 5 years ago now. Square One regularly services them on schedule, and they promptly contact you for scheduling and arrive on time. The technicians are always friendly and respectful of your property. We had Jon out today for our AC service and he discovered an issue with one of our capacitors within days of our warranty expiring and was able to take care of that for us. That's actually how I first realized it had been 5 years already, because it did not seem like that long ago. Overall good experience with this company over the years and would use them again for an install and will continue using for service.

We have been using these guys for years and love them! Recently we had Cary Pope come do the regular maintenance on our AC unit. He was friendly, professional and even loved my dogs! He was very helpful and informative. It is refreshing finding good businesses with excellent customer service still these days. We will definitely still be using them and recommending them as well! If you need something done, these are your guys, you won’t be disappointed!

Cary came out to inspect my furnace. He was thorough and friendly. He communicated all the key points of inspection and clearly defined the results. I quickly gained trust in Cary and Square One. I will definitely use this company going forward for maintenance and a new furnace someday.

Square one has gone above and beyond for our AC install/repair. They were diligent in finding and solving an issue we had that was of no fault of theirs. They were prompt and efficient. We recently had to get a new furnace. We called Square One because they’ve helped us with our central air in the past and we know they have a great reputation. They are reliable, responsive and have great customer service! The office staff was excellent as well. They were easy to talk to and got information (quotes, scheduling) to us quickly. Today I had Square One Heating and Cooling, LLC to inspect/service my AC and furnace. I’m so incredibly thankful for the honesty and integrity of their service! I haven’t had either inspected for ten years (don’t judge me-lol), because I didn’t know who to trust!! Cary was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and even nice to my little dog, Annie!!! Superior service. Vicky followed up email contact inquiry. Lee gave proposals on site. Nicole set up installation including pulling permit. Installers Neil, Justin and Nate could not have been more professional or courteous. Our home was left immaculate. We’re thrilled with the quiet and efficient AC units. To top it off, despite the tight space not one shrub or plant was disturbed. Square One came highly recommended and we know why. Thank you!
