I can not say enough about Heath. He is kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our gas furnace went out this past weekend and he was honest about what needed to be done and incredibly thorough in finding the issue. As a result of the type of failure and the cold temperatures, Heath quickly replaced the system at a reasonable price. We are so thankful for Sykes Control Systems!

Over the past few days Heath worked to install two ductless mini splits to help maintain steady temperatures in our commercial kitchen and an addition to the building. He came in on the day he was scheduled and was out on time, both units look great, the install is very clean and looks as if it’s been there forever. Everything functions just as it should and there was no mess at all after he left, short of the units being installed you wouldn’t even know anyone was in the building working. Heath has also made some adjustments to our central Hvac in the past including service and duct repairs. He’s always professional to deal with and has a great reputation for doing the job right the first time!

I called Sykes Control Systems today for the first time and spoke with Heath. I had an immediate problem. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He solved it with me over the phone. Heath is awesome! Out of many services claiming '24 hours' service, he was the only one who picked up. I had a furnace problem in burlington. Health walked me through potential issues and promised a quick turnaround! And he delivered well - the furnace issue was resolved. Would definitely work with him again!
