They have done good work for me in the past. However, I started their regular service schedule where I pay monthly and they are supposed to come out 2x a year to maintain the equipment and they have not come out in over a year. The last issue was that I scheduled an appointment for last Friday and they did not show up but also didn’t even contact me and I’ve continued to be charged every month. Pretty bummed about this because I previously liked them.
Appreciate the quick and speedy appointment and honest feedback we received from Aaron. With a few quick repairs our unit was fixed when a previous company wanted 18k for a new unit. Definitely trust Air Rescue and look forward to having a new ac company. Will recommend to family and friends!
Aaron always shows up in the allotted time and is quick to start working on the issues. He takes time to explain certain things we can do to improve the efficiency of our HVAC system. I will continue to use them!
Aaron is with out a doubt the most honest person I've worked with relating to my HVAC system. He looked at an issue I was having with my thermostat, which turned out to be minor. After an inspecting every aspect of my system, he explained in detail what the issue was and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of useless stuff. Thanks Aaron, we greatly appreciate you!

I had a maintenance check and the technician Josh Garza shared with me the best way to take care of the unit and their honest opinion. Josh was professional, prompt, and courteous. He addressed my concerns and fixed any small issues with my HVAC unit (air flow insulation covering).
