Great job. Went right to work and let me know how things were progressing. Checked over his work and left things neat and tidy. He is very respectful and a pleasure to have in our home.

We had a on-going A/C issue for months working with another company. Fortunately, AirMax A/C was brought to our attention and correctly identified the issue on the first visit. We now have a work A/C unit again. I would highly recommend AirMax for any future work. Our technician, Rusty was very informative and great to work with. Thank you for your service.

I can’t say enough good things about Rusty! He recently serviced our AC, and from start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was running smoothly, and left us feeling confident that our system was in great hands. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, efficiency, and excellent customer service the way Rusty does. We’ll definitely be requesting him for any future HVAC needs—highly recommend!

I received service via my home warranty but Mark R was easily the best technician I have ever had for a home warranty service request. He was very informative explaining to me what was wrong with my system and also explaining the work they were doing. He went the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved in one visit and that there were no issues with my home warranty. If your home warranty picks them consider yourself lucky!

Fantastic technician Mark R performed the fix required for the AC in less than 90 minutes, including working with the warranty folks. No frills, no fluff. I simply explained the issue, and within the 90 minutes it was correctly diagnosed and fixed. I now have cool air again. Granted this year has not been as stiflingly hot or dry compared to recent years, the fast resolution is greatly appreciated.

Edit (google wont let me leave a new review since already reviewed weird I know) On 8/13 Blake came out and helped with Our Ac Unit ..once more build up came in to place with first drainage he was so prompt and professional as he assisted . Thank you for going above and beyond with the service Blake ! He is an asset to the company we need more like him that deliver exceptional service with a great attitude!! We had the pleasure of being serviced by an awesome Air Maxx employee Morgan Thomas on 7/17/2025. He was professional, prompt and kind as he serviced my home for a Ac leak ! I really appreciated all he did for my home and just his approach to his profession. We need more professions like him and he for sure needs a raise !! He went above and beyond the repair by helping me clear the moss that accumulated on the patio due to leak. It was an awesome experience and we will be requesting him in the future for maintenance to prevent the Ac leaks from happening again! Thank you again Morgan !!!!

Very personable. Gave good advice on how to help keep our units running smoothly...which we will take. We asked him to clean our coils, thought we were going to have to reschedule for that...nope, he did it that same day. ❤️
