We have a 23 year old furnace that was failing to light. I feared the worse and was expecting to have to replace the unit. John Locke came out to serve the furnace the the experience was exceptional. Brennan was the service tech. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He carefully examined everything and was able to replace the gas valve. He recommended keeping the old unit since it was still running well. Another company could have easily told me I needed a complete replacement and I would have believed them. Excellent trustworthy service.

Brian arrived at scheduled time to perform routine maintenance on our furnace. He has courteous and friendly. He checked everything out, said we were set for another winter. He put everything back the way it was and vaccumed and cleaned up. We were Very pleased with this young man's service. Thank you

We had John Lock out today to check our AC and clean it. Everything on line and what we were told by a very competent builder was that the AC gets turned off while being cleaned and the hose is sprayed on a low setting as not to damage it. This technician ran the AC while he cleaned it and used as much force as was possible when he hosed it clean. I am hoping he did not damage the unit. Very unhappy with the technician doing everything one is told not to do. After your call to my husband ......my advice.... Please have your techs explain to customers that it is permissible to clean an. AC unit by running it and using the hose at a forceful setting. Since using this method is contradictory to cleaning the AC unit everywhere it is very confusing to your customers. I have changed my rating.

Having done business with John Lock previously with complete satisfaction they were my first choice when I decided to replace my Air Conditioning unit. Chris Black came out and we discussed my needs and settled on a mid range unit that would provide me with some electrical savings. I discussed multi stage units and other upscale offerings. Chris responded for the added expense those units would have an exceedingly long payback and suggested a more economical unit. I appreciated not being up sold and selected my AC unit. By the end of the day I received a quote via email that was very reasonable and scheduled a date for the installation. The crew showed up on time and proceeded to remove the old unit and install the new one. They put protective covering down on my floors leading to the basement and answered politely any questions I had. When completed they reviewed the operation and suggested maintenance as well as verify its operation. I would gladly recommend John Lock to anyone with Heating or Cooling needs as a top notch, affordable, and reputable firm.
