We initially called Central heating and cooling for a furnace inspection after noticing a few issues with the unit. The office staff was very polite. Scheduling the appointment was easy and follow up with text message confirmations and alerts was excellent. Shawn came out to do a service inspection, he was very thorough and honest with us about the issues he found. Shawn offered us an estimate for the repairs or a full furnace replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and A/C system. On scheduled day of install Dan and Kurt arrived promptly, they were very friendly and easy to work with. They were professional, diligent and did great work. All of the install work is very clean and precise, the team made sure to clean up when they’re finished and everything looks and works fantastic. We are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend.

On one of the coldest days this winter just recently I woke up to a very cold house and realized the furnace was not on. We looked for a heating company near us with good reviews and saw Central Heating and Cooling. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and said Patrick would be at our home by nine AM to assess the situation. The furnace was 30 years old and he discovered and showed us the panel was burnt and there was a small crack in the furnace. It was obvious we needed a new furnace so we asked them to replace the old central air conditioning unit also. The price was fair, there was no pressure put on us whatsoever and the furnace was replaced the next day as promised and the central air conditioning the day after. The technicians were very professional, very knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in their work and left no mess. They explained everything to us and told us the next furnace checkup next year is included in the price. We are very pleased with the job that they did. Central Heating and Cooling "saved the day" and made it a priority to bring heat to our house as soon as possible. Five stars for certain. Pat Fogle

Central did fantastic work for us. We had them replace our water damaged electric panel, install a new heat pump and furnace with a humidifier and air purifier, as well as move and re-install an existing furnace. The work was excellent and every member of the team was a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC or electrical needs!

This is my second call for service......I was looking for a reliable company to deal with locally and I have been super pleased! The office staff has been very helpful as well. This company installed my furnace, two hot water tanks & air conditioning for upstairs & downstairs. The company was excellent to deal with , the guys Shane, Shawn & Michael did a great job installing everything, they were courteous & professional, good workers. Ray helped us fill out paperwork, (thank god). They really are a great company! Call them to have work done at your house, you won't regret it! Thanks Guys-good work. Excellent service from all the friendly, wonderful employees at Central Heating that came to our aid when our furnace broke down. What a great group of people, very professional and helpful. Answered all of our questions in a super timely manner! Patrick was the best at guiding us through the whole process of replacing the furnace and Brandon and Shane did an amazing job getting the installation complete. We can't thank you all enough for treating us with such respect and kindness. We highly recommend Central Heating!

From start to finish, my experience with Central Heating and Cooling was fantastic. I called after hours, and the answering service staff members were very professional. Patrick, the technician who came to my home, was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He offered suggestions on how to keep our furnace running efficiently, and was all around incredibly personable. I highly recommend this company!
