Jesse is an amazing tech!! Absolute pleasure having him in our kitchen. The world needs more people like him. Anytime I need repair services from AAA I will request Jesse!!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my washer’s rubber replaced it had mold and I had tried everything to remove it. I mentioned to the woman I scheduled it the model of my washer that it was a LG stacked washer / dryer unit she stated it would be $99 to have techs come out to look at it and $125 for the part and labor when the tech came said it was a 2 tech job and it was going to be $99 for them coming out and $125 for the part and $585 for labor I’m like are you kidding me!!! I can buy a whole new washer lol so if I had known this I would of not scheduled this appointment guy made $99 for 5 min conversation I think I’m in the wrong job lol I would not recommend this company!!

We were very pleased with the service on our GE Profile dishwasher. Riley was efficient, explained the issue and replaced the necessary part. He was mindful of the flooring and cabinetry as he did his work. We'll definitely call AAA Quality Appliance Care for any appliance issues in the future. Thanks Riley!

Our refrigerator broke, the evaporator fan died. I called AAA and they got me an appointment as quickly as possible. Riley showed up when he was scheduled and was a very professional. He fixed the issue and got the fridge working again. However, the ice machine hose managed to become unattached as the fridge started to recool. I called AAA to see if they could fix the issue. The mgmt team quickly confirmed that they would fix the problem. Riley came back and fixed the issue for no charge. There are lots of moving parts here, ya mess with one, others can act in ways you dont want. I was very happy that AAA mgmt took responsibility for the issue and fixed it. I felt it showed great integrity and pride in their work. Riley was outstanding and thorough. The woman in the office who was scheduling was very kind. And the mgmt team showed a quality that one rarely sees anymore. Every point of contact i had with them was positive. I will definitely call them again for any issues.

The repair tech performed the repair on time. He was unable to test it so we could not confirm if it was done correctly. The tech then gave me a highly inappropriate lecture about his thoughts on insurance companies and how I was conducting my life. It was rude and unprofessional. The tech also chose to wait to give me this lecture after my husband had left, and I was alone with my child, which increased my feelings of being threatened. When I told the tech I did not appreciate his comments and asked him to stop, he was rude to me. I will not be using this company again and I recommend others go elsewhere, unless they want similar treatment. Edit to Add: I have now spoken to a representative from AAA Quality Appliance Care about the issues with my service. While the representative apologized, I have not received any follow-up from the company. They also attempted to bill me twice for the same service, and have still not provided me with any kind of receipt confirming payment.

We offered to deliver our broken washer to this company but was declined as they claimed they had no room. A repairman was scheduled and when he arrived we were told it was a $99 charge for onsite evaluation. This was never disclosed at the first contact. This information would have been good to know at first in order to help us make a better decision on the repairl. He had the part and labor wasnt that much but being ambushed by the evaluation fee left a bad taste in our mouth regarding future endeavors.

I didn't think my dishwasher was save-able. They came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed after a quick part order. They saved me hundreds of dollars in buying a new dishwasher. They were fast and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone.
