Brendan was very easy to work with and very professional. Air Flo installed my HVAC 4 years ago and I have been pleased with the system and their service. Being on an annual maintenance plan has been great as I don’t have to remember to set up an appointment.

We recently had Andy from Air Flo Heating out for two maintenance visits and a return visit with Matt K for blower wheel cleaning—one at our home and another at my in-laws’—and both experiences were excellent. Andy was on time, professional, and very respectful in our homes. They both took care to be clean and thorough with his work, and everything was done with great attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find technicians who go the extra mile, but Andy & Matt really did. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Air Flo Heating!

The technician showed up promptly as scheduled knew exactly what to look for was very professional and knowledgeable came prepared with the proper tools and supplies needed to do the job. A day later and furnace is still running great. Will definitely call them again for service .

Tony was professional and thorough. He did a great job explaining exactly what the process was and our ducts are now clean. He also replaced the filter and checked what was causing the buildup. His cleanup process was exceptional; thank you Airflow and especially Tony. I will be recommending you and this company to my neighbors.

We just moved into a new house in Port Townsend, Washington. The unit in the house had one bracket slightly loose on the wall and also we needed the whole system to be serviced. I’m so glad we had Air Flow carry out the work. What a fantastic team. They arrived on time and worked nonstop till everything was done to their’s and our own satisfaction. Before leaving, they made sure that we were fully comfortable with how the unit worked, and all the little nuances that make the unit run efficiently. 10/10 rating for this service Thank you

We always expect the best from Air Flo and today we were not disappointed! We were delighted with the excellent service, professionalism and great attitudes from both Tony and Matt. Before leaving, they cleaned all areas they serviced, thoroughly explained how and what they had accomplished and asked if we had any questions. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

The service was great, and Brendan was very informative and helpful. My only negative would be the inability of their appointment page to follow up on additional work requested. I was expecting both HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning, but the appointment was only for the the maintenance. Brendan immediately called an hour me scheduled. Fortunately, I don't have to wait too long for the duct cleaning work. Thanks. F
