The installers were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were very neat and always used shoe covers in the house. They work was very neat and the clean up was very good. They stayed busy the whole time they were here. I had a new heat pump installed and a new heat exchanger. The county inspector said it looked like an excellent installation.

This company is amazing. Ever one that works for them is amazing. Tommy just serviced our furnace. I cannot say enough about him. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did, thoroughly. This kind of service with Gig Harbor Heating is the rule and not the exception. We’ve used them for years and the service is consistent. We will continue to use them for all our heating needs.

Power to the HVAC went out and fried some wires inside. Tech was awesome, went right to work, testing ever wire in the harness, replaced a few wires and it started up and is working perfectly. Gig Harbor Heating n Cooling has been servicing our unit for 15 yrs and we highly recommend them.

Travis was excellent in his knowledge in taking care of our Furnace and Heat Pump Annual Checkup needs. So appreciate his knowledge, recommendations and education for any questions we had! Very personable! Highly recommend this Company!

Very good service from Gig Harbor Heating. Had a brand new heat pump/AC system installed last year, and then vendor disappeared. I was relieved to hear system was well installed, and everything working well. T was very informative and thorough and obviously had expert knowledge of the system. Technician arrived on time to perform annual maintenance on our heating and A/C system. He took the time to ask questions regarding how we used the system and if we had any concerns. He worked efficiently and when he was finished he then clearly explained the current condition of the system.
