Had the Kohler team out to change out my system and they did a fantastic job! Beautiful install and they went over the whole system throughly. Amazing price and amazing staff highly recommend!

One of my mini-split units wasn’t performing like the others and two technicians came by and had a quick diagnosis. But instead of just assuming that was the issue they still went through and made sure there weren’t other things causing it. Sometimes the simplest thing (even though we wouldn’t have known) can be the problem, but it’s nice to know Koehler doesn’t just treat it with a quick/simple solution.

Kohler technicians are very thorough and communicative. Easy to book appointments and great response time if there are any problems. Love their maintenance package.!

Kohler HVAC was able to schedule me same day I called. They arrived within the window and the tech advised of the likely issue. He was correct, swapped out the defective capacitor, verified everything was running properly within 30 minutes of arriving. Very happy with their support!

After multiple different quotes, at similar costs we chose to go with Kohler for two reasons. Their technician that provided our quote very clearly had an abundance of expertise, and wasn't just there to sell. And this family owned business has a consistent history of happy customers. Boy are we happy with our decision. Ron, Daniel, and crew were awesome. They set right to work, overcame some custom challenges, and complete our install same day. Ron (Ronald Jr) was AMAZING!!! We were having trouble finding anyone to service or diagnose our REZNOR heaters in our tennis bldg… Finally found Kohler Heating! Even the fact that our Reznors are between 15-17 ft off the ground, was NO PROBLEM for Kohler Heating! Ron diagnosed the problem we we’re having and the solution! In addition, we had him service our heat pump (which we had previously set up a service with another company), but we were so impressed we decided to cancel with the other company & have Ron from Kohler, service our heat pump as we were going to have to wait a month for the other company. Our Heat pump is now running like new & looks NEW now to boot! Kohler Heating is now the company we will be using for ALL our for all our repairs and/or service. Ask for Ron (Ronald Jr) he’s AMAZING! He took pictures of inside our units before and after and all of the electronic testing results from his diagnostics as well. So happy… have no fear they will take good care of your equipment!!!
