The customer service was outstanding. Our call was expedited for same-day service, and the necessary parts were delivered directly to Jimmy, ensuring our unit was up and running before the day was over. The HVAC service was very reasonably priced and John Caballero was easy to work with and in explaining the status of his work as he progressed. However, I feel the price quoted for the suggested repairs at nearly $1,000 was exhorbenant. I have never received prices like this in my life. I am now faced with getting second opinions for comparable work in the marketplace. We'll have to see how that comes out.

Jason, the technician that serviced my home, was prompt, professional, and thorough explaining the details of his visit. Definitely recommend Bon Air!

I called BonAir solely based on the reviews I read. I have to say after reading the reviews and comments, I was very impressed. That gave me more confidence in choosing to use BonAir for my A.C. needs. Once I called, the woman on the line was so kind and even laughed at my jokes, given the circumstance. After speaking with her, thirty minutes later- Jimmy Elliott showed up at the door. He is my family’s hero!! He explained everything that was going on with my a.c. He also was about to leave when he finished and I’m glad he did a last minute check. He found another issue and fixed it in only a few minutes. As long as BonAir is in business, they have a lifetime customer here!! Thank you to all!

this is the first time I have used Bon Air as my usual HVAC company retired. I was extremely pleased with everyone i spoke with. all were very helpful and most pleasant. my tech, Jimmy Elliot was quick, efficient and quickly determined the problem. it was 103• and he had it corrected in a short time. he was thoughtful and professional and mentioned several services i am indeed interested in but not pushy. price was great. Jimmy is definitely a positive representative for the company. Bon Air is now my a/c company. thanks to all of for making a bad situation so much better.
