Abel Z was great and identified some issues with our system. I’m so glad I stay on the maintenance schedule and Crawford and Abel take good care of us!

Richard Martinez was our service technician today. I would add another (2 stars if I could **). I have never seen a technician wear booties and keep a rag on area without me having me clean up after they work. Explained all the work needed and what was completed. Highly recommend a bonus to senior technicians if they are all prime examples like Richard. Thank you.

For Crawford Services, Manuel and Jose Zapata just finished installing our second system!! We asked for them to come back out again! We could not be more pleased! Just as good as the first system! And they are fast and good.

The technician they sent out did a great job. Richard went above & beyond the expected service. He arrived at 5 pm & worked diligently until the issue was fixed. It was 8 pm when he left the house. No shortcuts were taken & my system is cooling again!

We dealt with this company when they were Crawford Air. We used them based on the recommendation of Costco when we were looking for a reputable AC company. This was one of the worst mistakes we made and I have voiced this to Costco. We have had issue after issue with the thermostat they installed. Their service department has been out three different times to check it and tell us there is no issue. The thermostat is defective, period. They have a service tech, "Joe" who is very rude and condescending. He does not admit we have an issue even though he witnessed it. Each time they reset it and tell me it’s repaired. Never works. Looks like now they have changed the company name for whatever reason. If you’re looking for great customer service and honesty. Find a different company to spend your money.

Crawford services always impresses me! They take care of all my system's maintenance and repairs with such speed and efficiency! I can’t say enough good things about my technician Armando. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to me. I specifically ask for him whenever I need service. I also appreciate receiving a text with his picture and bio before he arrives—it really makes me feel secure!

Justin H was very knowledgeable and well versed. He found an issue that several other plumbers did not find. He showed up as scheduled and walked us through what he was doing and what the solution would be. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service.
