Air Comfort Service, Inc.

Air Comfort Service is great! I have been with them since I moved to St. Louis. They put in my new heater and air-conditioner years ago, and having checked out a number of other companies, they had the best reviews and came in as one of the more reasonable companies. Ethan, the service technician who was at my condo today, serviced my heater and air conditioner. He was truly excellent. He was on time, personable, very efficient and considerate. He was clearly knowledgeable and truly checked everything - and in fact sometimes double checked his already perfect work. I would recommend Air Comfort and Ethan to everyone.

We recently bought a home in Eureka with a Carrier HVAC which unfortunately had immediate issues despite being only 8 years old. The system was not maintained as it should’ve been. Being a previous customer of Comfort Service, we thought to call them for help. Austin answered our call after business hours and had us in contact with their service department first thing the next day. Their tech Spencer was at our house by 9:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van, and had our AC running perfectly in no time! Although they didn’t sell this Carrier system to our home’s previous owner, Comfort Service will be servicing our system going forward. Outstanding service, and a team of people with great attitudes and genuine willingness to help.

Kevin g did a wonderful job today! Christian a did a wonderful job yesterday. All of the people I have spoken with from the office were great too. I had repair today, and yesterday just regular check for upcoming winter. So glad they will be my heating and cooling company. Kevin even found a leak on my hot water heater, they do that too. Called the office and they are sending someone out today! Great people, great company.

It was a pleasure to have Stan M. return to our home to perform the Fall maintenance system checks. He is very knowledgeable, conscientious and pleasant. He was able to correct a thermostat configuration setting and explain things so that we are confident our newly installed second floor heat pump system is ready for the season's colder temperatures ahead. Also hope that Stan is our assigned technician again come springtime for our seasonal system checks then.

You guys must just hire the nicest people ever. Everyone from the receptionists to my technician, Jeffery S, have been phenominal. Jeffery offered to help carry in my packages when he came for unit maintenance and noticed I had a broken leg. He explained the whole process to me, was extremely efficient, and very personable. Big animal lover too. As someone who has both dogs and rabbits, I feel like you can always tell if someone is a good person by the way they treat animals. Big fan. Will only use this company. Jeffery S is a major asset to your company.

Both Mike the executive over install and nick the technician were friking amazing. They came in a dire need of help and made it happen for me. These people and customer service are so above everyone. Air comfort puts the customer first. You’re crazy not to go with this company. They have exceeded every expectation on multiple occasions!!

Matt S was awesome, he was very polite from beginning to end. He let me know each step that he took when looking at our air conditioner and what he’d be doing next. Matt gave us very detailed and understandable information. He explained thoroughly what was going on in our system and gave us all of our options. He was not pushy regarding sales or a solution in any way. Would absolutely use Air Comfort Service again!
