I am a fairly new first time homeowner and experienced my first plumbing/leak issue. I researched plumbers that covered my area and decided to go with Mrs. Michaels. I first talked with Sandy, who was a pleasure to talk to. She was very kind and empathetic, validating how stressful dealing with a leak can be. I next talked with a Josie - on the day I scheduled for the technician to come out, I double checked the confirmation text and realized if was scheduled for the following week. This was a leak that needed looked at asap and I was already home/had left work to meet the technician. I’m not sure where the miscommunication took place, but I called Mrs. Michaels and they were immediately able to accommodate and still sent a technician out that day. We had Robert "Red" Radtke as our technician, and he was great! He quickly identified the issue and was great at explaining things to someone who knew nothing about plumbing. He helped me to understand the possible outcomes before he started the work so that I wouldn’t be surprised in the end. The leak that we had ended up causing enough damage that we are going through our homeowners insurance for repairs and I have to give kudos to Nick as well, who went the extra mile to work with our water mitigation guy to get the report that we needed to submit. All in all, Mrs. Michaels was great to work with and we will definitely be doing business with them again!

Wes was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained pricing and the scope of project throughly prior to starting. When finished, Wes went over how everything works and the warranty on labor. Couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out and how quickly project was completed. Highly satisfied customer and will definitely recommend!

While overpriced, a company that includes a photo and description of their tech sent before arrival has my tust. The tech, Maurice Letts entered our home, walked us through our options, and rewired our two outlets with affection and respect. He is an outstanding example, tidy, and even brought in our packages. I will be asking for him again and it is because of tech like him that I am willing to pay high prices.

Will came to do yearly maintenance on my HVAC. He called on time, arrived on time and left within the appointment time. He updated me in regards to any problems first with the furnace and then with the AC in order to reduce being overwhelmed-so appreciate that! He did alot of education-i also really appreciate that! He helped me understand if there were any emergent issues and because of the education I knew why I needed to get an update on my furnace! He was also sensitive to my allotted budget for the update and I never felt pressured to spend more. I highly recommend Mrs. Michael's-good work ethic, prompt and organized, approachable and trustworthy, respectful and they want their new and existing customers to be 100% satisfied!
