TJ's Heating & Cooling

We switched to TJ's Heating & Cooling a couple months ago for our new house after being with Polestar for a years. We bought a new AC unit, 2 new water heaters, etc. We estimated that we saved about $4-5K by using TJ compaed to Polestar. We appreciated the value of course, but also their professionalism, and the speed with which we got everything installed. We even bought the maintenance plan! So we are all in on TJ's, and we couldn't be more delighted.

Our old HVAC system finally gave out after more than 25 years, so we knew it was time. TJ's Heating and Cooling came to the rescue and installed a brand new system—and I couldn’t be more impressed. Josh and Brian, the technicians, were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. Samantha was amazing with helping us navigate financing and answering every question I had (and I had a lot!). The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The team went above and beyond, showing patience, expertise, and genuine care throughout. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with such a warm, supportive approach. Highly recommend!

TJ and his crew = TOP NOTCH! He is knowledgeable, professional, personal, and so friendly. His pricing is competitive and he shows up when he is scheduled. He installed the mini-split today that we've debated on for years... no regrets. His work is excellent and the final product is wonderful! TJ's installed a mini-split system in our older home to get more air to our three upstairs bedrooms. Our home has had multiple additions and it was a puzzle designing an effective system that would also preserve the exterior appearance of our home. Lloyd Gould, Comfort Advisor, provided a plan design that both made sense and was fairly priced. Lloyd and his team, Josh and Cody, spent two days in our home installing our new Daikin system. They kept to their schedule throughout the installation and worked efficiently. They responded quickly to make an adjustment after the installation and they were dependable, reliable and professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend TJ's for any mini-split installation, the equipment and installation on our home was excellent, and the system meets our needs in all aspects.

I have been so impressed with TJ's Heating & Cooling! Finally, a company that sends folks out to review the issues and then make recommendations for solutions that address the problem instead of just recommending the most expensive solution. I was so appreciative of the discussion we had around the cooling issue I am having, because the solution I had in mind would not have made much of a difference. I couldn’t recommend these folks more highly. Not only were they professional and courteous, they saved us a lot of money by not trying to leverage us into a repair that we don’t yet need.
